A little about me.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctoral Candidate with over twenty years of experience in clinical and leadership roles within community mental health and crisis settings.
Both my professional work and my lived experience as a woman have shaped how I understand the complexity of navigating the world, balancing personal mental and physical health, workplace expectations, and the often unspoken standards placed on women. These factors don’t exist separately; they intersect in ways that deeply affect well-being.
My doctoral research focuses on menstrual and menopause equity in the workplace, and my clinical practice centers on women’s mental health, including reproductive health needs and life transitions.
In my clinical practice, I use a Mindfulness-CBT approach, integrating practical cognitive tools with awareness-based strategies. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns, strengthen your coping skills, and create meaningful, steady change.
Beyond clinical work, I write and speak on women’s mental health and contemporary issues within social work, including grief, substance use, and environmental social work. I am committed to mentoring emerging clinicians and contributing to the profession’s ongoing development.
